We have improved packaging technology, we use endless wrapped foil with HAWO machines. Currently we have two HAWO packaging machines.

The project, implemented within the framework of the call titled “Advanced digitalization of the activities of competitive enterprises”, aims to develop and introduce a production management system suitable for the light industry at Nyír-Gestum Ltd., which increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. The planned activities have been designed to achieve this objective.
Main elements of the investment:
Preparation of technical plans and specifications;
Industry 4.0 development of business application software;
Manufacturing of custom sensors required for operating the business application software, which collect data from production;
Procurement of additional equipment required for operation:
· Network switch distributors;
· Servers;
· Dust- and shock-resistant tablets (for quality inspectors and line supervisors at all sites)
· Computer configurations
· Laptops
Training of all employees involved in the process prior to the introduction of the production management system
